Vapor Line integrates steam, time and temperature into a simple Pass or Fail indication that is easily interpreted at the end of the autoclave cycle. Unlike biological indicators that may require further processing for up to 48 hours, Vapor Line provides immediate indication of the level of cycle sterility.
The Vapor Line integrator provides a clear result immediately after sterilization without interpretation guesswork. The stable dark colour of the integrators bar does not revert back and can be kept as proof of correct sterilization as long as is needed. Chemicals used in Vapor Line are sealed to ensure safety.
The Integrator is designed for gravity displacement and pre-vacuum autoclaves operating in the 121°C and 134°C temperature range. Being equivalent in performance to biological indicators, the Vapor Line integrators can be used in all corresponding sterilising cycles and are FDA approved.
